Founded by Edward Tanczos in Bethlehem, Pa. in 1960, the PA Beverage Distributor now has two locations. Led by second-generation family members Mark Tanczos and his wife Donna and Daniel Tanczos and his wife Mimi.
Our beer distributor business is a member of the Malt Beverage Distributor Association (MBDA). But this family-run community beer store isn’t just about selling cans and bottles, asserted Mark Tanczos, son of the founder and now a co-owner. “We sell fun! And it’s a great atmosphere to work in!”
The Tanczos Beverages approach to delivering value and enjoyment to customers can be seen in the company’s tagline: “Reward yourself for less.” That healthy attitude has driven the company’s over 50-year track record of success. What keeps people coming back is Tanczos’ basic business courtesy: remembering customers and knowing them by name.
Going the extra mile to satisfy all of our customers
Even with the constant presence of family, Tanczos Beverages calls on other talented people to help the business grow. Josh Pierce manages the Northampton store and is assisted by Ryan Verret. On the other hand, Chris Matla manages the Bethlehem store and has Jason Hahn to assist him.
